Al-Badi'
The One who creates in an utterly unique and unprecedented way, without likeness or example.
Bakara 2:117
Al-Badi' declares that Allah creates with no precedent, looking at no model—and that everything He has created is unparalleled, unique. In Surah al-Baqarah 2:117 He says: 'He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth; when He decrees a matter, He only says to it "Be," and it is.' Every person's face, fingerprint, and voice differs—this is the work of Al-Badi'. The servant who reflects on this name notices the diversity around them—not even two leaves are identical. This diversity is a sign of a single Creator; the same art manifesting in different molds.
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Your creation begins in your mother's womb as a drop for forty days; then a clinging form for the same period; then a lump of flesh for the same period; then Allah sends an angel and the soul is breathed in.'
