An-Nafi'
The One who creates all true benefit and bestows advantage upon whomever He wills.
An-Nafi' declares that Allah brings benefit to whomever He wills and delivers good and profit. This name is held in pair with Ad-Darr. Health, sustenance, knowledge, righteous deeds—all are the work of An-Nafi'. In Surah al-An'am 6:17 He says: 'If He touches you with good, He has power over all things.' The servant who reflects on this name opens every door from which they seek benefit to Allah first—because true benefit is with Him. Science, medicine, education, work—every means too operates by An-Nafi''s hand.
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Hold to what benefits you; seek help from Allah, and do not be incapable.'
